BECOMING WORKSANA

The founders of Worsana began in 1999 when they opened a janitorial company in Central California.

By 2015 the janitorial company had grown to over 200 employees. Getting timecards into the office from the field was a challenge. Knowing whether jobs were done on time and on budget was difficult, and meal break management was impossible.

After searching for over a year to find software to solve these issues, the founders decided to build their own.

In 2017 David’s father , who worked extensively with Central Valley dairies informed us many were concerned over the growing number of lawsuits being filed regarding meal break violations.

It was clear after presenting and meeting a lot of you at the 2018 World Ag Expo that was true and providing our solution to agricultural companies would become our primary focus.
